What material are the stakes?
Premium 22-mil coated polypropylene — the same material used in professional greenhouse and market garden operations. UV-resistant, waterproof, and rated for multiple outdoor seasons.
Are they weatherproof?
Yes. Both the stakes and the printing are UV-resistant and fully waterproof. They're designed to survive rain, irrigation, morning dew, and direct sun through an entire growing season without fading or breaking down.
How long does shipping take?
We'll send you an email confirmation with next steps once your order is placed. Fulfillment timelines and shipping details will be included in that confirmation.
What seed companies do you work with?
Any company, worldwide — or no company at all. Whether it's a seed order confirmation, packets you already own, a handwritten list, or a mix of sources from different places, we handle it. Upload a PDF, paste the email text, photograph the packets, or just type your varieties directly.
What if a variety name is extracted incorrectly?
After we read your order you can edit, add, or remove any variety before ordering — just tap the pencil icon next to any name in step 3. Our reading accuracy is very high, but you always have full control before you place the order.
Can I order for multiple seed orders at once?
Yes — you can upload multiple order confirmations at once and we'll combine them into a single tag list, which is also a great way to hit volume pricing tiers. All varieties from all orders appear in one place for you to review.
What's your return and reprint policy?
If we make a printing error on our end, we'll reprint the affected tags at no charge. If you submitted incorrect variety names that we faithfully printed, we'll reprint just those tags at cost. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at premiumplantlabels@gmail.com.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $50 minimum per order. This covers the setup and handling time that goes into every order regardless of size. Volume pricing kicks in at 100 tags and steps down smoothly through 5 tiers — a 2,000-tag Farm order is less than a quarter the per-tag cost of a Seedling order.
Is this a good gift? 🎁
It's a great gift for anyone with a garden, a plot, or even a few pots on a balcony. You upload their variety list (or build one yourself), choose quantities, and we ship the stakes directly to their address. Add a gift message during checkout and we'll include it with the order. Perfect for seed-saving friends, CSA gardeners, or anyone who's ever lost track of what's planted where.
Can I send stakes directly to someone else?
Yes — just enter their shipping address during checkout. There's no requirement that the order ships to you. Add a recipient name and gift message and it arrives ready to give.
What if I spelled a variety name wrong?
You have full editing control before you place the order — tap the pencil icon next to any name in step 3 to fix it. Once an order is placed, contact us at premiumplantlabels@gmail.com within 1 hour and we can catch it before it goes to print.
